Martyn has extensive exposure to domestic and international environments while working within multicultural and multinational SBUs. He is a strong communicator with a high capacity to influence and win support from others to implement structural and cultural change within a business.
Martyn‘s business experience is wide and varied. His career began in a technical capacity in the electronics and communications industry where he gained extensive line management experience. Twenty years ago Martyn migrated into HR where he has held senior HR management positions within Australia and across Asia Pacific in the telecommunications, information technology and engineering consulting industries. Martyn obtained a Master of Management, specializing in HR from MGSM in 1999.
Additionally, Martyn has spent part of his career owning and managing his own HR consulting and recruitment business.
