We have an excellent track record in sourcing  people for our clients. Our standard fee is 12% of the successful candidate’s salary package. 33% is billed upfront with the balance payable once the successful candidate has signed their offer of employment. The placement comes with a 3 month guarantee. We often negotiate a lesser fee on a case by case basis.
